ELFA’s members represent more than 800 operators building fibre networks in both urban and rural areas, already reaching more than 50% of all European premises.

Andrew van der Haar is the founder and Managing Director of the Fiber Carrier Association. Founded in 2016 the Netherlands. Fiber Carrier Association (FCA) Unites Dutch carriers to achieve mutual cooperation between fiber carriers. Our goal is to align Carriers, Government and Users. This will improve economic growth for the user, the sector and the Netherlands. He also is board member of the European Local Fibre Alliance a non profit organisation to improve the roll out of fibre in Europe and he is Senior Advisor to the Dutch Data center Association, a trade association for Data centers in the Netherlands where he gives advice on educational programs and sustainability.
